Elephant, Rose and Eagle
August 10th, 2011 by nakedevilsWhile visiting my folks in California last week I did these tattoos on my dad and sister. The rose was a little tough to photograph since it wraps around the ankle a bit. The eagle painting is from a while ago I just never posted it on here. My dad does some painting of his own, you can see it here.

June 2nd, 2011 by nakedevilsHere’s nurse that I did on Andrew. He has been getting tattooed by me since the very beginning so he has some real stinkers, but I think this is one of the good ones.
The eagle is on Vincent who always wants to get something cool. It’s based on a painting earlier this year.
Both these guys are always a pleasure to tattoo.

April 7th, 2011 by nakedevilsHere’s some little ones. The little dog is on our friend Aaron Sanchez. I’m very happy with the way this one came out, especially considering the placement. The Felix is on a guy named Stu who likes cartoons. If I could do a Felix once a week I think it would be great for my mental health. The painting I did for an art show that Chuck D opened last night at Max Fish on Ludlow street. Trying to keep it crude but delicate.

March 16th, 2011 by nakedevilsI’ve been getting a lot of emails from people wanting to get tiny animal portraits lately so I decided to post the info here to make it easier for everyone.
On the day of your appointment please bring a normal sized photo- NOT a tiny one, as well as a couple extra photos for color reference and a quarter minted the birth year of the animal. Remember, the clearer the picture is the better since these tattoos are so small.
To make an appointment email me at rafterytattoo@gmail.com.This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it You can also call Daredevil at 212 533 8303 or come by the shop in person Friday through Tuesday.
I hope that answers everybody’s questions!
